Dezbaterea va clarifica de ce este munca un aspect esential al drepturilor omului, în ce mod si unde anume sunt încalcate aceste drepturi. Nu în ultimul rând, se vor cauta raspunsuri cu privire la posibilitatile fiecaruia de a contribui la îmbunatatirea acestei situatii.

Drepturile minoritatilor
Dreptul minoritatilor etnice si rasiale de a-si manifesta în mod liber specificul cultural, lingvistic si religios a fost consemnat în numeroase contracte internationale. Acest drept rezida în recunoasterea libertatii de a pune în valoare elementele caracteristice patrimoniului cultural propriu. În interiorul unui stat pot aparea conflicte între reprezentantii diferitelor minoritati si majoritatea populatiei în ceea ce priveste cultura, religia sau limba comunitatilor respective.
